In questo caso il ritorno non può far altro che gioire e sorridere...e neanche il clima ci permette più di tremare!

Immagino una dolcissima voce che sussurra al mite vento primaverile di un ritorno colorato, elegante, raffinato che profuma di lunghe giornate col naso all'insù per scrutare questo azzurro cielo illuminato da un giallo sole che ha iniziato a far gli straordinari.

#3 Instagram round-up: the F/W 2014 shooting!

Oggi il round-up delle foto che abbiamo pubblicato sul nostro profilo Instagram è tutto dedicato al backstage del servizio fotografico per la campagna autunno/inverno 2014/2015.
Già, il 2013 non è ancora finito e noi già pensiamo al prossimo anno!
Una location unica, la luce grigia di un giorno umido di dicembre, gli occhi azzurri di Sara, a volte "intrattabili", altre così "eleganti"...
È stata una lunga giornata di lavoro, molto intensa, diversa, unica...
Queste borse verranno presentate a Who's Next, la fiera che si terrà a Parigi il prossimo gennaio, ma già non vediamo l'ora di mostrarvi il risultato. Anche se prima ci sarà tutta l'estate da vivere...sempre con le borse Raison d'Être!

A special location, the grey light of a humid December day, Sara's blue eyes, sometimes "intractable", sometimes "elegant"...
It was a long, very intense, different, unique working day...
These bags will be presented at Who's Next Paris next January, but we just can't wait to show you the photos. Even if there's the whole summer in between...that's to be spent with the Raison d'Être bags!

Natale è finalmente arrivato!
Nonostante l'inverno si faccia sempre più freddo, le sciarpe sempre più avvolgenti, i cuori sempre più caldi.
Mentre qui ci stiamo preparando con la collezione primaverile che esce il prossimo mese e la collezione per il prossimo inverno 2014/2015 da presentare alla fiera di Parigi Who's Next a gennaio, l'atmosfera natalizia non smette di avvolgere anche noi.

Da sempre, le borse Raison d'Être portano dei nomi femminili, non tanto perché ispirate da singole donne, magari famose, magari vip, ma da tutte quante. Sono a loro dedicate e per loro concepite, in grado di soddisfare tutti i loro bisogni e le loro aspettative.

Raison d'Être si sta aprendo anche al genere maschile, cominciando a produrre zaini, shopper e pochette anche per gli uomini, ma la borsa conserva il suo genere femminile e con esso, la sua voglia di colpire e far innamorare...

The Raison d'Être bags have women names all along, inspired by the whole gender, not only because of famous (or infamous) women. They are dedicated to the normal woman, capable to satisfy all their needs and expectations.

October 31st! It's Halloween!

Oggi è il 31 ottobre...è Halloween! Certo, non è una festa italiana, ma oramai è entrata di diritto nell'immaginario collettivo come la festa più paurosa che ci sia...ed è un'occasione per essere ciò che non si può essere ogni giorno.

In questa occasione, Viola, Gaia e Martina (collezione Intractable) diventano un po' più "mostruose" ma senza perdere la loro essenza d'eleganza...

It's October 31st...it's Halloween! Actually, it's not an Italian festivity, but nowadays it has undeniably become the most terrifying festivity in the whole world...and also it's an occasion to be different from our everyday life.

On this occasion, Viola, Gaia and Martina (Intractable collection) are a bit more "monstrous" not losing their inner elegance... 

Viola vampiresca: nera, con angoli in così netto contrasto, come i denti affilati di Dracula...

Vampire Viola: black, with grey contrasting corners, like Dracula's fangs...

Gaia, la tracolla, custode di tesori preziosi, o fodero, come quello del Cacciatore di Biancaneve...

Gaia, the shoulder bag, guarding treasures, or being a scabbard, like Snowhite's Huntsman's one... 

Martina in viola, col suo tipico pattern geometrico che assomiglia a una ragnatela...

Martina in purple, covered in her typical geometrical pattern, resembling a cobweb...

4 times Bianca!

Bianca, il nido d'ape, la pelle tinta in capo. Grande, capiente ed elegante, ma allo stesso tempo forte e attiva.

Viola, marrone scuro, ma anche faggio e bianca, di nome e di fatto. Perché anche in inverno non è necessario vestire sempre e solo in nero. La luce del bianco e l'allegria del colore restano la vera via per rischiarare i grigi dell'autunno...

La pelle, che sia tinta in capo, dipinta a mano oppure naturale, è certamente la protagonista delle borse Raison d'Être, ma non è l'unico elemento che le rende ciò che sono.

Even though leather is the protagonist of Raison d'Être bags, it's not the only part that make them so special.

Le minuterie, quegli accessori metallici di cui spesso neppure ci accorgiamo, spesso fanno delle borse ciò che sono. Cerniere, tracolle, moschettoni e chi più ne ha più ne metta, spesso danno quel certo non so che di personalità ed eleganza che rende unico ogni pezzo.

Minutia, which are those little metallic accessories we don't even notice, make the bags what they are. Zippers, straps, snap-hooks and so on often give that "je ne sais quoi" to make every piece be more elegant and unique.
